Land for sale in Turkey within Sarigerme and the new Dalaman Marina
Blue Diamond Developments are a Turkish-based company operating in the real estate sector with its roots in Ortaca near Dalaman.
In recent years, the company has acquired a considerable amount of land in and around the Dalaman and Sarigerme area on the South West Coast of Turkey. This land has considerable development potential and permissions have been secured.
We are now aiming to sell part of our land bank, either to private investors or developers.
The Turkish government has set aside land between Sarigerme and Dalaman, and Sarigerme and Ortaca for tourism, with planning permissions already in place for many projects to commence.
Sarigerme is a small seaside village and destined to become the centre of one of Turkey's most exclusive resorts only a few minutes away from Dalaman International Airport .
Sarigerme boasts 7km of Blue Flag golden beaches and crystal blue waters earning it the name of Turkey's Turquoise Coast.
Sarigerme is tipped to be the next Bodrum having been marked by The Turkish Government as a tourism development region which has already resulted in The Hilton Group opening a five star Hotel in the village, the group's first foot print in Turkey.
The Sarigerme 18 hole championship Golf Course will officially open in April 2014 and given that the nearest golf course is in Antalya some 300km away it's not surprising that interest has surged from Golfers in the area pushing up land prices.
Indeed, a further six courses are planned in nearby Dalaman in the next few years.
If that isn't enough, Dalaman Marina will officially open for business at the end of 2015 as well, providing moorings for 675 yachts along with 500 ashore capacity for large yachts spanning between 10-60 metres in length. The Marina will also be able to accommodate Mega-Yachts satisfying strong demand.
The surrounding areas are already seeing land prices surge in anticipation.
